Takeover and modification of a safety deposit box management application
Safeboxes is a company that specializes in renting safety deposit boxes. In Brno, they have an underground vault that meets high security standards, and above this vault is a branch where customers can deposit their valuables into safety deposit boxes in complete privacy and security. The company approached us with a request to take over and modify their web application for customer and order management, which was originally developed by another company.

Project Overview
The client was dissatisfied with the collaboration with the original application provider because their employees had difficulties using it. Therefore, they were looking for a new supplier who would take over the application, make necessary adjustments, and ensure its smooth operation.
Execution
In February 2023, the client approached us with a request to take over an existing application. After thorough analysis, we found that the application was developed using modern technologies with which we have extensive experience. We therefore decided to help the client and take over the application. Over the next three months, we took over the application and implemented key modifications that improved user-friendliness and functionality. In June 2023, we deployed the modified application to the production environment and have been operating it since then, occasionally making minor adjustments based on client requirements.
Project Results
Thanks to the modifications made, Safeboxes employees can now more efficiently manage customers and their safety deposit box orders. The application is now more user-friendly and better meets the needs of employees. In addition, we have also taken over its cloud operations, ensuring stable and secure application performance.
