Škoda Digital, the digital solutions center for rail vehicles of the Škoda Group, approached us with a request to develop a visualization platform for managing and analyzing operational data from vehicles. This platform is key for controlling revenues from service provision and for planning vehicle maintenance and management. Favorlogic successfully developed and integrated the new part of the platform in close cooperation with the client's team.

Streamlining the revenue control process, improving planning and maintenance.
Škoda Digital needed to create a visualization platform that would enable efficient management and analysis of operational data from rail vehicles. The main goal was to simplify and streamline revenue control for providing Fullservice, which includes vehicle maintenance, cleaning and washing. Additionally, tools were needed for planning vehicle downtime and for monitoring service deliveries from external suppliers.
After thorough analysis, we designed and developed a new part of the platform that was integrated into Škoda Digital's existing software ecosystem. We divided the project into six phases to gradually deliver individual parts of the system. The key functionalities of the system are:
We implemented a user interface that is intuitive and allows easy access to necessary data. Backend services were designed to enable efficient processing of large volumes of data and their integration with other platform modules.
The project was successfully completed in spring 2024, when we delivered the final phase of the finished system to the client. Thanks to the new solution, Škoda Digital now has a modern and efficient platform for managing and analyzing operational data from rail vehicles. This platform significantly facilitates revenue control for providing Fullservice and enables better planning and management of vehicles. The new platform is fully integrated with the client's other systems, which has improved overall efficiency and quality of services.
